Extra prop
Mount an extra prop in parallel with an existing prop on the trestle or cradle. This greatly facilitates painting of the boat bottom and makes it safe. Simply let the extra prop take the load. Then loosen the original prop, paint and let dry. Thereafter you move extra prop to another corner.
